Who I am
Born and bred in northern Germany, I am the typical northern German who appreciates virtues such as clarity, honesty and trust - both privately and professionally. Of course, I am also nicely balanced with a sense of humour and the ability to have fun.
In my career of more than 20 years, from junior to director of Human Resources, the development of teams and individuals has always been my top priority.
Seeing people and personalities grow and helping to develop careers fills me with great joy and satisfaction.
Today, I do what I am best at, feel most comfortable in, and enjoy the most, and I am grateful for that.
Of course, in addition to my many years of professional experience, I also have a solid theoretical educational background and am further certified by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach and Gallup as a Strengths Coach.
I live with my small family a stone's throw away from Hamburg, I like to travel a lot and love music and sports.
Since I speak a lot of English both privately and professionally, my working languages are English and German. I offer my entire portfolio in English, German or bilingually.

One-on-one
Coaching can be utilised in many different areas and is highly effective. In intensive sessions, I work together with my clients on both their professional and personal challenges and development. This happens at eye level and on a highly confidential basis. Within our work I help my clients to develop new perspectives and approaches based on their strengths and thus to master their challenges.

A good team is unbeatable. My team coaching is particularly suitable when teams are newly formed, need to get to know each other or when there are disruptions in already existing teams. Of course, team coaching also works as part of the development strategy of an organisation or part of an organisation.
My team coaching aims to optimise the cohesion of the group, to find joint solutions to challenges of all kinds and to master changes. It is also about getting to know each other better and being able to rely and trust on the strengths of others. My team coaching is both an efficient and effective measure for bringing about changes and a team-building tool, because in most cases the coaching sessions are also a lot of fun.

Leadership Training
My leadership training is tailored to your organisation and your employees. The participants learn everything that is vital to that of a leadership role. The previous knowledge and experience of each participant is taken into account. My training sessions are characterised by their high degree of practical training which makes the transfer to the work environment more realistic and easier to manage. The participants authentic leadership style is quickly found and nurtured through consistent feedback.
Each of my training programs is carefully prepared and conducted in close consultation with you and your organisation.
